Good afternoon, Edna community,
This afternoon just as buses were arriving at Edna Libby, one of our fire alarms was mistakenly pulled. As a result, our students and staff immediately exited the building. Our buses were directed to stage off campus, and all parent pick-up vehicles were redirected to wait so that emergency vehicles could get through our driveway. Standish Fire Department arrived at Edna and quickly learned that an alarm was pulled, and we gave the all-clear for everyone to re-enter the building. Thank you for your patience in receiving your children to your vehicles or off the bus. Our community did an outstanding job with this incident.

Ms. Michaud's class had the BEST time today with their Snack Cart! Parents helped by donating items for students to "sell" to our staff members, and students participated by keeping track of items and adding up pretend cash. It was the final project for their economics unit in which they learned about goods, services, producers, and consumers.
